Creator of PRIZM robbed of $20,000, 300 bitcoins (BTC), and three iPhones

In an incident in Moscow, Russia and according to the Forklog news outlet, it was reported that Yury Mayorov, the developer of cryptocurrency PRIZM, was grabbed off the street, bundled into a Mercedes, then beaten and robbed of $20,000 in cash, 300 bitcoins (BTC), and three iPhones.

 

 

 

Kidnappings and robberies of people involved in cryptocurrencies are becoming more frequent, particularly in Russia and Ukraine.
