Wales knocked the All Blacks off the top spot in the World Rugby Rankings for the first time in nearly a decade this week – but their reign at the top could be short-lived.
With Warren Gatland’s men not in action this weekend – Ireland can become the number one team in the world if they manage to defeat England at Twickenham by any margin.
A win for Eddie Jones’ England however, would see the top three sides retain their current positions, while the English would reclaim fourth spot ahead of the Springboks.
