Police Deny that Etzebeth is Cleared [VIDEO of the Incident]

Police spokesman, Captain Frederick van Wyk, confirmed that an assault charge was being investigated and that no one has yet been cleared by the police as investigations are ongoing.

 

Earlier Etzebeth stated that he was cleared by the police.

 

Enver Wilsenach from Langebaan insists that he was assaulted by Eben Etzebeth and his friends about 100 m from his home in Langebaan.

 

According to the police, Wilsenach laid a charge after being discharged and in his sworn affidavit he specifically mentioned Eben Etzebeth

 

 

 

Etzebeth’s attorney Andre Calitz, insisted that no charge has been laid against his client and that he is 100% focused on the Rugby World Cup.

 

 

Meanwhile social media is abuzz with accusations and the following videos about the incident were published online.

Although the video evidence is inconclusive about who is responsible for the assault, the fact remains, someone was assaulted and abused. Question is by whom?
