Is Blockchain the Solution to the Global Education Gap?

Education has the power to change lives. Unfortunately, not everyone has equal opportunities for success. The problem falls largely on socioeconomic barriers to receiving academic support. According to a 2012 Stanford report, by high school, the test scores for low-income students average three to six grade levels below students from affluent backgrounds.
